First time trying. my expectations weren't high since it's a food truck, and we used Door Dash. My husband and I are pleasantly surprised. The baked potato could have used a little more time, but it had great flavor (I did the baked beans and brisket). We got the brisket nachos and an order of pulled pork mac and cheese. The meat doesn't need extra anything. Wonderful flavor and well cooked. My husband got the nachos, and he said, "This is the first time I had to dig to the bottom for chips. There are so many toppings, I had to search for chips. That never happens."
Will absolutely order again.

Maybe because I ordered right when they opened, but it was meh.. Mac and cheese was not cheesy, and barely any bbq sauce. The poppers was good but bacon was bad, I had to remove the bacon to enjoy the rest. Meat was alright as well.

Overall, good flavors good portions nachos are good. Mac & cheese is very, very very overcooked.
