• 25/10/23We were VERY satisfied with our orders. The chicken was hot and very tasty. My husband had the Bigger Jack Burger and it was equally great tasting. Its enough for 3 people. Huge burger and he couldn't eat 1/2 of it. Mashed Potatoes and the green beans were very good. Overall great experience. The prices are very reasonable. Door Dasher, Charlie, had our order delivered in less than 20 mins after order was placed. Again, Great experience !!!!

• 4/07/25The grits was not done. The chicken patty wasn't fully cooked. Jacks use to be my favorite breakfast spot but not anymore. The place is not the same.

• 8/07/26Packaging is terrible! Ordered a cup of ice cream and they put a plastic lid on a styrofoam container that doesn't even go together. Lid wasn't even taped down.

• 29/12/23These Hashbrowns were very hard and definitely not fresh. The dasher picked it up practically as soon as the order was placed and was here within about 10 minutes. So that lets me know they were not fresh when she picked them up.
