Jack's never disappoints. The Big Bacon Combo is my favorite and the Salad - BLT looks so fresh. I will be having that for my lunch tomorrow.

absolutely perfect. burgers were done well. chicken fingers were great and everything was fresh and hot!
fries were a little salty but that's on us, we'll know next time not to add any on the app.

Jacks has always been good but today it sucks!! Chicken cooked to long and it is rubbery. The chicken wrap was just not good. Very disappointed in the food today

Jack's is our go-to when we want something quick and delicious. Whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner.
My only qualm is their stinginess with their ranch. I pay extra to add additional sauce and almost never get it. This time around we got two chicken finger meals and a salad and they sent only TWO ranches. We should have had at least 4 (the salad should come w. 2) and I paid extra for an additional 3. At this point, due to the demand, there should be no reason they run so low on ranch, if that's even the reason.
