Two Tacos and Mini Churros (5) tasted very burnt. Opened the Tacos and there was charred dust throughout. Large Curly Fries were delicious. Iced Coffee w/ Boba was good also. Straw was too small for Boba.

driver was attentive and really professional. it took WAY longer than I ever waited before but all the food was correct, fresh, got and my hubbys chocolate shake perfect and my Red Bull icey cold! my driver was Spot On

I rarely complain but this was probably the worst jack in the box I've had in a long time. The bottom bun for my burger was hard, the curly fries weren't even half full and they were what I'm assuming are the stale, old fries that were left over and the chicken wrap had the driest piece of chicken that I've ever had. Nobody is excepting great quality but you have to TRY to make food this bad.

The Buttery Smash Jack was overdone and dry. Could not taste any buttery-garlic flavor at all. The Churros were greasy, and they tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old. Very disappointed with JITB this time.

every part of my order was wrong or disappointing, the sandwich tasted stale like it was a day old, the fries were cold and mushy and the drink was not correct, we got Pepsi instead of Dr pepper. this is not acceptable for a $30 order.
