• 2/05/24I liked the burger patty's beefy flavor and the ample amount of lettuce, tomato, and dressing. Fries were crispy but a tad too salty. The thin paper burger wrapper lets the food cool down quickly

• 28/09/24First and foremost, three of my tiny tacos were chips. There was no meat or filing. I was very disappointed. On the contrary, the rest were extraordinary. Second of all, some of my chicken nuggets were very dull and soggy. Although, the remaining portion of them were profoundly exquisite. The taste melted in my mouth. Per usual, the curly fries were a 10/10. Absolutely to die for. Now onto the Oreo milkshake. Very equal ratio of Oreo chunky goodness and creamy delight. Highly impressed. Lastly, the water quenched my thirst. I was highly parched and this water replenished my hydration. After a nice grub, I would highly reccomend Jack and the box, and would most definitely order again.

• 20/11/23the boba tea was terrible, tastes like an carmel ice coffee with no coffee, just the sweetener. had no tea. the straw was too small for the bobas to go through. the boba themselves tasted like cheap gummy bears. do not recommend.

• 19/11/23Ordered a Munchie Meal which incorrectly gave me soggy onion rings instead of tacos, plain, lukewarm Mini Churros (5) with no cinnamon AT ALL, got a Hi-C instead of a Coke, and the "Halfsie" Fries were more like a scoop of greasy regular fries and a tiny handful of curly fries. And all this is just my latest order. I order pretty much the same thing about once a week hoping it'll be better than the last but it's just gotten progressively worse. The tacos have always used the most stale shells I've ever had that taste like they've been left out for a day with the greasiest meat chunks that always bleed through the shell. This time was bad enough I felt compelled to write a review, and I'm not one to go out of my way to write reviews. My order is wrong so frequently that it's gotten to where my support tickets to Doordash have a warning saying it's going to be investigated by an agent to see why I've been having so many issues. If you're looking to satisfy any late night cravings, you're better off ordering elsewhere, like Deja Vu or IV Deli.
