I am always pleased and happy with the food always fresh! Love the Homestyle ranch chicken and the cheese burger jumbo jack is perfect! Always fresh ingredients!

I ordered my meal Jack's Spicy Chicken® Combo in the late morning around 11a.m. Burger was clearly prepared using left over chicken patty from last night, and chocolate shake was full of cream only that i couldn't drink with straw and threw most of it. Only the curly fries was freshly prepared.

The food was completely overdone. The fries were super hard. And I got exactly 3 onion rings. And it arrived cold.
