The fries were soggy, the ranch packs had holes poked into them, and the cheddar peppers were not hot, (heat wise)

This entire order was literally thrown together. Sandwich missing ingredients that are supposed to be on it. Employees are not reading the orders in their entirety, not following pickup order procedures. Extremely disappointed with my purchase today

I got the Classic Crispy Jack Wrap and it was awful. the tortilla was super hard and the chicken was wayyy over cooked. Will never order again

onion rings burnt like a rock an chicken cluck sandwich unedible...literally too hard to bit into.. felt like trying to bite a fake hard plastic piece of fried chicken.

They forgot to give me Swiss cheese on both of my breakfast sandwiches. The hashbrowns were too greasy for me. The black coffee was superb. I wish I could find k-cups with their coffee.
