I've been eating Jack in the Box for 20 years. This store made literally the best spicy chicken sandwich i've ever had. Every bite was juicy and tender. Killed it on the tacos too. Definitely repeat customer!

I ordered a burger and it came with just a patty! No bun, no cheese, nothing! They offered me $1.77 on an item that cost $8.10. I did not get the shake I ordered. Did not get any shake! And the delivery person ignored my text!

the chicken tender was sorta burnt it looked like that all around the chicken the chicken was hard to tear out even with my fake tooth in front it started hurting; I need to see a dentist around and wasn't as crunchy as the picture the bread didn't even have any sauce of mayonnaise like they occasionally did when it was 1990's

Half full and no jalapeños.. pretty disappointing, also the Oreo® Shake was very weak on Oreo
