They always overcook the hash browns too the point it crunches and falls apart with rock like pieces getting stuck in your teeth

Supreme Croissant Combo.is the second time that I paid for extra sausage and they don't add it. They need you follow the instructions and also They don't have options to to add creamers or sugar in the app. they should add it at least when we order coffee

this is the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl Combo with extra chicken and extra sauce looks like. now that makes me wonder what the regular combo looks like. with the prices going up and so many options not available, makes me think twice on ordering Jacks
