I asked for extra mayo, this dry as the Sahara desert. The hasbrowns were burnt and had so much grease. The bag was literally covered with grease from them.

Don't bother customizing or selecting (optional sauces) because apparently, they don't pay attention to the details. The first time it happened, I didn't bother rating, but the second time, shame on them!

I ordered the Large Bacon Double Smashed Jack™ Combo and I end up with a bacon ultimate cheese burger. My original burger cost more then what I got. I ate it anyways because I already ordered again because my last dasher gave me the wrong order.
