• 31/07/23I asked for extra mayo, this dry as the Sahara desert. The hasbrowns were burnt and had so much grease. The bag was literally covered with grease from them.

• 25/11/24Don't bother customizing or selecting (optional sauces) because apparently, they don't pay attention to the details. The first time it happened, I didn't bother rating, but the second time, shame on them!

• 29/10/24I ordered the Large Bacon Double Smashed Jack™ Combo and I end up with a bacon ultimate cheese burger. My original burger cost more then what I got. I ate it anyways because I already ordered again because my last dasher gave me the wrong order.
