The food was hot and fresh. We ordered late at night and they even had a trainee there and the food was amazing. I'm honestly impressed. It was truly the best experience I've had at fast food in months. Fully recommend the Hot Ones™ Munchie Meal and Hot Ones™ Buffalo Chick-N-Tater Melt

Not only did it take them over 30 minutes to prepare our order, the food came barely cooked and sloppily made. I understand it's going to cool in transport but my fries weren't even cooked all of the way..

It was good but it didn't come with a straw and to me that is not the dashers job to grab they should be able to grab and go. The amount of food was amazing tho it was super fresh. This is my second time ordering from jack in the box and both times had no straw. But I would still order from there again!

The UktinatevBreakastsandwich is great, but the coffee tasted burnt. Everything was good exceptional that.

Not loving the shredded cheese on the tacos but I'm just thrilled that our order was completely right and hot. Decatur,TX JITB is the only place in town that gets our order right and doesn't send cold food. Thanks!
