really good. my go to place. always fresh when it gets here. i love the ultimate cheeseburger combo and comes with lots of fries. i would and will order again

smashed jack was really good, the flavor isn't like other jack in the box burgers . wish it wasn't over $10 for just a cheeseburger

one thing, I wish they would have actually included the sauces I order. Hot Mess Cheeseburger is mynew favorite 😍 and got loaded wedges always a plus. Jumbo Egg Rolls would have been better with the sweet and sour sauce but still great. everything showed up hot and fresh.

Paid for an extra patty for my burger still got a single patty. Asked for onions rings and they were almost burnt. I was disappointed honestly, I never had bad service from this Jack before this order.
