This location is great in person but I would not doordash again. The fries had no seasoning (the upside is they were still warm when they arrived) & my milkshake tasted like milk with a hint of ice cream to the point it literally tasted watered down.

I ordered a family meal that came with two LARGE mashed potatoes with gravy and the two gravy's weren't even halfway filled up. They had no bbq sauce for the chicken fingers. This isn't the first time I've had issues ordering from Jacks on DoorDash either. My DoorDash deliverer was awesome though!

The Fried Chicken Dinner 2pc was extremely dry, the mashed potatoes and gravy were good as well as the green beans. My husband said the Salad - Crsipy Chicken BLT was the worst salad hes ever had in his life. He said the lettuce was soggy and reminded him of the lettuce you would use on a burger lol
