chicken, biscuit and salad was not fresh at all. salad had wrong kind of lettuce and it was turning brown!! and there was no croutons on it like it advertised on line. I am really tired of paying top dollar for delivery only to get bad service! and bad or wrong food.

The chicken was awesome but I ordered a large fry and there was only like 15 fries in the box which is ridiculous for what they charge for an order

the sausage biscuit was good as usual and the regular biscuit was soft and buttery but the issue was with the breakfast deluxe. it has the smallest portions I have ever seen. it had so little egg that it literally took only 3 forkfuls to eat all of it. it was also cold. the gravy was the smallest amount also.

The grits I received tasted like they had been slow cooked in oil, not water- I had to wipe my lips for the grease after each bite - they were inedible and disgusting.
I used to get reliable quality when I ordered from Jacks, but no more - it's not worth the risk of wasting your money for disgusting food.
