Great food. Big bacon combo was great, fries had good seasoning, and it was all still warm when I received it.

Plain Biscuits were all mostly hard. clearly been set out too long and should have been replaced with fresh. I've worked fast food a lot in the past and it's literally just managers being cheap or lazy.
No straw included for the milkshake but that isn't a big deal.
Jack's is known for its biscuits. Do better.

I would get it again because of Jack's chicken, but I think when you order a large mac & cheese and mashed potato it should really be a large. Cups gotten smaller and smaller. That's like a large now ( two helpings) bs and that's the second time failed on Mac n cheese. Dasher was awesome but need a quality check on food in my opinion and maybe a pic before delivery of food contents and not just the bag.

Jacks is an old favorite, consistent, charming, and always right. Quality food like the neighbors bring it over.

The chicken was hot but was also burnt and the bag was wet on the inside and top of the box it came in
