They were out of the come back sauce and it seems to be a regular thing not having any comeback sauce for the past 2 months they haven't had any and that's all my kids eat with overall food is great except the burgers are getting smaller fries are not as many regular fries look like an extra small and the combos are costing more need more portion and make the burgers less messy when everything is slung on there anyway and condiments are sloppy to much making the bun soggy

Double Gravy and Biscuits tasted like someone left a used rag in the gravy. And I don't know why Jacks completely fills its cups up with ice but I'm tired of only getting 1 sip of soda.

Cole slaw was so creamy that I couldn't eat it! Mashed potatoes were drowned in too much gravy! Chicken was pink in the middle! Got a drumstick instead of the thigh I ordered! I will never eat from the Jacks in Lincoln again!
