Didn't get my drink that I ordered and on top of that both grilled chicken and crispy chicken was dry. 5 stars to the driver he called when he had trouble finding my place and I got him to my place with no trouble

didn't get a fork for the pancakes. no straw for the drink. no bacon came with the Stack of Pancakes?? Grits tasted burnt, somehow. im not picky ab my food being cold but like the cheese on the Bacon , Egg & Cheese Biscuit was not melted at all.

We have ordered from Jack's many times and have always been pleased, but ts order was a disappointment. biscuits were hardand burnt.
