I forgot to take photos. The 2 hardshell shredded beef tacos were packaged separately and so were still very crunchy, with good amount of tomato and cheese. Beef seasoning itself is mild, so topping with their yummy Salsa is the way to go. Pollo Fundido super yummy as always, highly recommend.

Their Any Three (3) Favorites is a great Deal. I got the 10" Pollo Fundido with rice and refried beans as usual for one option. This time I got 2 hard shell tacos (they have soft shell), shredded beef, and chicken. Both were fresh and made well, and packed separately from Fundido, so were still crunchy. Beef was oddly flavorless, I'm not talking hot (I'm a wimp anyway) but bland. Chicken had some over-powering herb, maybe Mexican Oregano (IDK), which I didn't like at all but couldn't even taste the chicken. Side of Guacamole was also oddly bland. I've eaten here many times before, so maybe it was just an off night. Fundido plate looks great tho and that'll be my dinner tomorrow. Sorry, forgot to take pics.

Excellent service and excellent food.The Espinaca Con Queso is so warm and creamy with the flour chips. Courtney's Burrito is huge in size and in flavor. To top of our meal we each had the Burnt Sugar Caramel Flan and boy oh boy what a delicious dessert. We were surprised how large they are. Before we ate them we both said we should have ordered just one and shared it. After inhaling them we were glad we did order one apiece. The service is always incredible as well.

Since moving from the kitchen on Scottsdale Rd. to Miller Rd food has definitely gone downhill. Consistently chips are burnt. Todays enchilada was slop and I could not find it between the beans and the rice. Taco burnt and not good at all and fundidos undercooked. Presentation of this food by the time it reaches the door at my home makes me want to throw it in the garbage.

The food keeps getting worse. The guac was brown. The sour cream had chunks in it. Barely 3 pieces of shrimp in the ceviche. I wish the food would come out of their restaurant and not the ghost kichen!
