Jazz A Louisiana Kitchen was on its business with this order. The food didn’t take long to arrive, and when it showed up, everything looked good, tasted fresh, and nothing was overcooked.
Those stuffed beignets? Excellent. Both flavors hit exactly like they were supposed to. But the stuffed catfish was the surprise of the whole order. I wasn’t expecting it to stand out the way it did, but somebody in that kitchen knew exactly what they were doing. Seasoned right, cooked right, and satisfying.

Now, I’ll say this: the prices are a little on the high side. But there’s a difference between paying a higher price and feeling like you wasted your money. Once I ate the food, my taste buds told me where the money went. 😂 I really couldn’t complain.
Whoever was cooking that day was on their chef business. They weren’t back there playing with pots and pans—they came to cook!

got a half order Seafood Fettuccine and omg it was amazing and so filling!!! my favorite place to get any fettuccine dish from. it's so creamy and full of actual flavor.

Both items i ordered are amazing i haven't had gator bites i'be enjoyed in a while and the Shrimp Fettuccine was creamy and flavorful super impressed. And worth the price portion soze was great for the prices and everythingntasted super fresh would order again.

Second time trying the crawfish tales and they were soggy and hot sauced like before! Large portion,but had to trash it! Bread pudding was dry. I love this spot, but will not order my once favorite again.

I ordered the Seafood Little Mamou and the Crawfish Etoufee with dirty rice as well as the peach stuffed beignet's... I have not made it to the beignet's yet. But the entrees are delightful. I'm so glad I found a place that says spicy and delivers. Absolutely delicious and the seafood is cooked perfectly and it has the perfect amount of sauce.
