First, hello... after more than 10 long years JM ... and HELLO GLUTEN FREE PEOPLE/CELIAC PEOPLE! 
There is hope... and it's DELICIOUS!! 
I was terrified of actually ordering any kind of "bread" with cross contamination being an issue! I called the store and she explained exactly how they ensure that it doesn't occur! 
I FINALLY.... FINALLY.... after more than 10 YEARS was able to eat my absolutely favorite sandwich again! NOTHING compares to JM sandwiches in my book and they came up with an AWESOME way to let us Celiac people enjoy their food again!! 
If I am contaminated in ANY way... I'll know in less than 5 minutes because I am THAT SENSITIVE TO GLUTEN! I ate this 2 nights in a row as I split my sandwich and not one bit of reaction! (Turkey/Ham - and stack on the goodness with so many extras plus so many pickles it overflows!! Yeesssss.....thank you and extra napkins! lol)
