• 24/06/24Very accommodating, tried adding a note on the app for extra oil and vinegar on my sandwich but it didn't give me the option. After placing the order I called and asked if it could be done. Sandwiches were great

• 19/10/24I generally like Jersey Mike's #13 The Original Italian, but from this Englewood location the sandwich tastes bitter. I think it's the vinegar they are using or some other ingredient. It is not like this from any other location I have eaten sandwiches from in North Jersey. The Brownie is a pre-prepared item as far as I understand and not made in the restaurant and is usually good.

• 5/06/24The sandwiches from your location are disappointing. Often the vinegar that should be red wine vinegar and sweet-is substituted or diluted with something that makes it bitter. it ruins the sandwich. I have probably ordered up to 10 sandwiches and at least half of them have had this terrible tasting vinegar. Your location often doesn't have my bread selection parm/herb bread and this has been at varied times of the day. I like Jersey Mikes, but the food from this location is sub-par.
