• 8/07/24I had to stop ordering from the subway in EDH because they always got our orders wrong but this Jersey Mike's was PHENOMINAL. Our food was ready quick, made correctly, super delicious, and you could tell the employees actually care.

• 31/01/26Boy they're expen$ive now, but damn good! They give you your money's worth & get your customizations correct consistently & the food is always very fresh & tasty. We love this spot, & have dined in & Doordashed many times & they never disappoint. Staff takes pride in the work they do & we appreciate them & always tip them. Highly recommend! (in Folsom on East Bidwell)

• 25/03/25This time I had to pull down the stars because for the $3.25 price, the cookies were tiny, prepackaged, and stale. Went in the bin. JM's has been slipping lately on the consistency and accuracy of the toppings. While DD will refund the full amout if you press them, this is making a sandwich from an already set up bar, not rocket building. We will see how the future plays out. Anyone can have a bad run.

• 1/05/26My order took forever to get here and my food was no longer warm. I ordered the #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak BOWL and it was tiny, no lettuce and old and cold. It was supposed to be hot. For the price I paid for two items $49, I am very disappointed!

• 3/02/26This is the 3rd and last time I'll order from this location. The order is never right. Tonight I asked for onions and received 4 singular onion rings. I received 2 yellow peppers? Come on! For the price of these sandwiches I would think they would actually give you a proper amount of produce. The bread is hard. The bacon was beyond burnt. I can't believe I'm actually suggesting Subway over them. At least they are consistent and give you what you ask for
