I left a bad review about the wrong bread but they actually left a sweet note letting me know they ran out and gave me coupons. I order here alot so I appreciate the note. sorry I didn't see it till too late after saying something about it. I appreciate you guys. always wonderful subs and truly wonderful customer service. 🩵

Ordered #10 Tuna Fish...this store is horrible.
I normally order from the Charlottesville, VA store, and obviously they were trained efficiently on sandwich making.
Hardly any Tuna on this sandwich and it was so soggy from the oil and vinegar "no, I did not ask for extra" it made the bread uneatable.
I was watching the app for updates, and it seemed like the door dash driver had to wait a long time for the order.

These were both ordered as a bowl no bread and this is how they came. The Italian has lettuce and filled the box and the chicken #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak came like this looking half eaten. I ordered over $100 worth of food and got this for my order. Unhappy to say in the least.
