Food and service both were fantastic. It beats all other sandwich places in Ashland.

I love Jimmy John's and eat here almost daily. My Veggie sub today had a small smear of avacado on it, hardly any lettuce, a smidge of Mayo....I don't know what happened but I'm so disappointed.

the sandwich seems to shrink when you order delivery from here. better to go in person to get your 💰 worth

This was litterally the worst sandwich I have ever had. It was so messy, it could not be eaten. I ended up throwing it in the trash. Also, the pickle looked like it was 90 years old and the lettuce was brown and wilted. I had asked for oil, vinegar, and it was as if they used water instead. It was terrible.
