The store accidentally sent me the wrong sandwich and they were SO nice about sending out the correct one within 10-15 mins. They even included a free cookie and brownie which was so nice, but not necessary. This store makes delicious sandwiches and goes above and beyond for their customers.

#2 BIG JOHN used too much oil. Made the bread soggy and ripped while eating. Otherwise tasted good.

Order Jimmy John's Slim with tuna and they sent me cheese and bread. It's hard as a rock.
