The gigantic tuna sub was delicious. All of the vegetable condiments were crisp and the tuna was flavorful.

Sandwich was ok. I forgot they don't cut the sub in half, so I found it sort of awkward to eat. Bacon seemed like they could have tossed it in a microwave for a minute. I get that it's precooked but it seemed extra "limp" .

Everything was great! Sandwiches were customized as requested and order arrived in a timely fashion. There was a mix up with the DoorDash app and myself (not the restaurant), and the nice man I spoke with at the restaurant was very polite and helpful. We will definitely order here again!

This is the third time that I ordered a drink and paid for it and didn't get it. I'm owed at least $7 from JJ's.

Ordered usual sandwich. Received an incomplete sandwich. Called store, they wouldn't fix the issue. Couldn't send a new sandwich for up to an hour and then hung up on me.
