so good I want another already. portion was good but I left me wanting more. the sandwich I got was spicy but also so good and fresh. 11/10

I ordered 2 Giant Slim 5s as I have friends who are allergic to tomatoes and lettuce. They were made completely incorrectly. Slim sandwiches DO NOT include lettuce, tomatoes, seasoning, or oil. Sandwiches were completely packed, they ripped the bread out of the top and drenched it with oil.
Absolutely unacceptable. Your staff needs to read orders more carefully so they actually pack what the customer ordered.
Ridiculous.

Plymouth location is terrible. Ordered on doordash - received the wrong sandwich. Reordered. I called to make sure they read the order ticket and make it correctly.
Received a SECOND incorrect sandwich. Drove to the location and had them remake it. Man at the front desk was the rudest customer service employee I've met. Blamed the mistake on "a busy morning" and a "new employee." If you cannot handle busy days or train employees correctly you should not work in food service.
I explained firmly what was wrong and that I had called and the man working said "do you want us to remake it or not?" - implying they would not remake it if I kept pointing out flaws and excuses they made. This is not the first time their employees have been disrespectful and it's a bad look for the company.
As someone who worked in food and customer service for over a decade this is never how you should speak to a customer. Sincerely suggesting to pick another location if you want food made correctly and adequate customer service.

This the second time the store sent me expired food. As shown, the "use by" date was 2/2 but was sent 2/3. There is a reason there is a "use by" date.
