I ordered the roast beef sandwich here one weekend and it was really good, including the gravy and bread texture upon arrival. I ordered on a Monday night and the bread was soaked all the way through, I couldn't hold the sandwich. Moreover, the gravy was much different from last time, much less balanced. Both the sandwich and the disco fries we had tasted like soggy slippery things overwhelmed by the taste of sugar as they were coated in multiple layers of balsamic vinegarette that seemed to be mixed with loads of sugar.
Might still try again to see if this is a one off, but not sure.

This time not happy with the sandwich usually it's soo amazing today the roast beef was well done and not tasty! I eat this sandwich twice a week but today was disappointing

Dryyyyyyyyy!!! Dry :-/ . Tbh would past on door dash. When I've gone in person it was amazing but maybe they are having an off day.
