Joia restaurant, located on the ground floor of the vermella harrison, is a new portuguese cuisine restaurant in harrison near the path and a leader among eateries near red bulls arena.
Very good and flavorful. Only complaint is one bowl had full kale leaves and the other they were sliced shoe string thin and barely any in the bowl. Disappointed it wasn't consistent for both.

The food was delicious. The Shrimp in Garlic Sauce Appetizer was aromatic. Its aroma filled the lobby of the hotel where I was staying. It added a good flavor to the rice.

It was good this go round. Other times I've had it, it was a little bit more tasty. To me I love the taste of the garlic sauce is everything.
