The toppings are great, but the rice is terrible. It tastes like they scraped the overcooked rice from the bottom of the pot, there are big clumps and some are hard. Hoping its a one time thing, because $20 is a lot to spend for bad rice

The only complaint I have is that the soda was laying on top of the Shrimp Tempura Appetizer so by the time I got it they were kind of smooshed and cold. Felt like a waste of $8. Had nothing to do with the driver, they were great!!

This place always seems to have issues with reading orders. At least one or 2 Ingredients are always missing and the scoop sizes are smaller than a tablespoon. if you order "Extra" that doesn't matter - it will either be missing or a very small portion. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times. My Door Dasher even said they watched them make my order and could tell the person arranging my order didn't know what they were doing. Not sure why this place always has problems.
the food tastes good, just wish orders werent always wrong.

Quality is still good, but value has gone wayyyy down in recent months. I just paid $20 for a less-than-full “large” bowl that’s smaller than the width of my hand, and the spam musubi has also gone up ($4.50 for an unremarkably-sized portion!!) This order will be my last. Sorry guys :(
