The Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks (4) was delicious. to be honest, I only ordered it because of all the hype, but it's delicious and perfectly blended. the Bao sliders were good. I got the Vietnamese style. I do wish there was more of the daikon and salad, was mainly meat. But very good. The star of the dinner was the Bibimbap Rice Bowl. Wow. The fried egg wasn't as runny as I would expect it to be, but it was delivery, so that's expected. I did fry my own egg and this dish is truly a masterpiece. The flavor was so good. It would've been nice to have a cold side, like daikon or kimchi, but either way it was delicious and would definitely get it again. I really do like the new menu since I last went here.

Musubi Box- The Ginger salad was fresh and I was provided dressing as requested. The Gochujang chicken was just spicy enough and delicious. The Spam Musubi was prepared as I as requested, w/out seaweed, and was very good ! I also ordered the dumplings and there were more than enough for two Yummy! I will definitely order from here again!

The Korean Street Ramen is phenomenal.  The spice level is exactly what I had hoped for. Everything is fresh. Nothing is overcooked, in part because it is properly packaged for delivery. This is the first shoot that I've had delivered in Chattanooga that was properly packaged for delivery (broth separately). This is definitely going in my regular rotation.

Amazing! I'm so happy I found this place! It is on par with Atlanta type restaurants - finally found amazing food! The coconut katsu and Bibimbap rice bowl.. the absolute best! This will be my go to spot!

The Vietnamese Noodle Salad is amazing.
I've had similar salads at other local Asian fusion restaurants but this salad at Kai Bistro is the best.
