Really nice find. The chicken was tender, and the rice & beans were authentic. Maduro was sweet and perfectly caramelized. You can tell they care about doing it right. Portions are solid too.

Walk by this place all the time. Took advantage of the buy one get one free. But they only sent one. Charged tax on both. The one they did send was as dry as sawdust. The beans and rice tasted old and cold. Tres Leches was ok, but for 7 bucks was the size of a postage stamp. Should have just kept on walking, or scrolling through doordash.

Kausa consistently impresses, and the Parillada remains the star of the show—wonderful as always. The Tallarin Saltado , however, wasn’t quite to my liking; the combination of shrimp, fettuccine, and soy sauce didn’t mesh well for me. That said, the shrimp was impressively fresh, especially considering I ordered just before closing. The Maduro came in a generous portion, and the Rice & Beans Mix were also solid. Overall, a good experience, and I’d happily return.

Got the Combito, half chicken was delish I didn't care for the free salad side (I wish it could be something else. Side of rice and bean was ok, kind of dry. Now the side order of maduros was not that good, bananas were on the green side, like the ones used for tostones....dry, no sweetness like the maduros I get from Pio Pio, another Peruvian restaurant nearby.

Chicken was very good, cooked perfectly. Platter Del Mar was good but underwhelming. All 4 tasted exactly the same. It is a large amount though, so good value.
