Going out of my way to leave a long, positive review for them because they have been great whenever I order from them. Lomo Saltado / Sautéed Loin is excellent and fairly potioned/priced. They gave me 2 containers of Aji Sauce (the spicy green sauce) for the saltado. They cooked my requested Huevo / Egg overeasy how I wanted it, and the Inca Kola was very cold and tasty - a bit like Fanta Pineapple. Salchipapa (a Peruvian appetizer which is pretty much a cut up hot dog with fries) was tastier and a little more hot dog than other Peruvian places that I've tried. i appreciate that they included ots of ketchup, mayo, and a container of Mustard! The little things like being considerate enough to include the right sauces, which a lot of the bigger online ordering places will fail to do, shows that they pay attention to their customers. I highly recommend this place and would advise to put the menu items in English first and Spanish second, to bring in more traffic, but just my opinion.

Disappointing this time. The Meat in the Tallarín Saltado de Carne / Sautéed Noodles with Meat was kinda dry, the Pollo Extra / Extra Chicken they didn't put it on the side like I asked, and both meats they skimped on, not good portions. The Huevo / Egg I requested overeasy, and they got it to me over medium, and the Ají Verde / Green Pepper was really watery. Not to mention, whoever works there didn't secure any of the lids because a lot of the sauces spilled out into the plastic bag.

Food is really good, fresh tastes, neatly organized and large portions. Their Pan Con Pan con Chicharrón / Bread with Fried Pork Rinds does need a little more salsa criolla(lime and onions sauce) so I recommend asking for some extra when ordering. Besides that I WOULD ORDER AGAIN FOR SURE. Don"t know what to eat? This Peruvian restaurant is the choice to go with.

I have ordered from this place a few times and it is a great restaurant. But the Chicharrón de Pollo / Fried Chicken Chunks is not really chicharron more so than it is just regular chicken tenders. Wish there were pictures so I could know that. The Calamar Frito / Fried Squid being 20+ bucks, I hoped it was the best calamari ever, but it was so-so, average at best, and the accompanying vinegar type sauce they gave me in the same container didn't go well with it. Luckily, they packed lots of Aji Sauce so I used that for the chicken tenders and calamari.

Really great food. What makes Kausa such a great place is that they aren't greedy when it comes to portions. The portions are pretty good and the ceviche comes with a lot of juice. Love it!
