• 20/09/24You guys can do way better - this was disappointing. The Crispy Tofu wasn't crispy at all. It was undercooked and the creamier sauce was spilled everywhere. For the Cuban Sandwich put the pickles in a container - they were under the fries making them wet and leaking through the box. Cuban tasted good but bread was not crispy and I have had both of these dishes before via delivery and they aren't as good as in the store but they have definitely been better.

• 3/06/26normally the Cuban Cuban Sandwich is great and travels well but not today. it was undercooked. cheese want melted bread wasn't crispy. once you lay it flat in a box that gets moisture it turns to mush. no salt on the sweet potato fries. I know they can do much better

• 24/06/23Ordered takeout. Waited 20 min beyond pickup time and food was cold and clearly had been sitting around (the box it was in was soggy/damp). Steak was overcooked to top it off. Expected better from Kaya, particularly for a $55 takeout dinner.

• 7/06/25i think the items we ordered just don't translate well into delivery, so not the restaurant's fault. the food was lukewarm, and unfortunately, my shrimp were overdone and dry, as were the veggies. they forgot our Conch and Corn Chowder and we still got charged for it. i would eat at the restaurant but not do delivery again.
