The  3 Pieces of Chicken were very oily unfortunately.
The Large Chips were cold as if they had been there for awhile.
Original Crispy Burger was absolutely delicious and it was very crispy 😋 
Double Chocolate Mousse was divine 😋

We love the Tenders and Popcorn chicken. Their chips with extra salt specified are delicious and potatoey while the buns are soft.  We wanted to try the new Liquid Gold sauce, but they forgot to include it. Next time!

Yes, it's KFC, but the quality from this particular store is usually good.  Not this time though.  Chicken in the burger was overcooked - too dry and tough to even bite through in some places.  Chips were stale, like they had been sitting out for hours.  Late at night om a Tuesday probably wasn't the time to order if freshness was desired.

Usually good, but disappointing this time.  Mostly received breast pieces which were overcooked and dry.  Nuggets were fine.  Potato and Gravy split the room - disproportionately gravy for some, but I prefer more gravy.  Wouldn't not order again, but it's a gamble on edibility of the chicken if receiving dry breast pieces.

I’m very disappointed with the quality of my order. The wicked wings tasted terrible compared to their usual standard and had an unpleasant taste, almost as though they had been cooked in old or dirty oil

Unfortunately, the Zinger Burger was also well below an acceptable standard. The lettuce was poor quality, the chicken did not taste fresh and the burger bun was damp

The chips were acceptable and the potato and gravy were fine, but the overall quality of the meal was extremely disappointing. Given the condition and taste of the main items, I would appreciate this complaint being addressed and a refund or suitable resolution being provided
