• 19/11/25Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, hot, and plenty to eat! We'll definitely be ordering from here again! We ended up getting the 3 pc. Chicken Big Box Meal , Taste of KFC 4 pc. Deal, 10 pc. Nuggets, and the Pie Poppers (which are a delicious treat)! Thank you to KFC and Door Dash both, cuz everything was outstanding!

• 23/09/26This location is terrible. I threw the food in the trash. I won't be wasting my money again at the location on north roan street. Chicken over cooked or over warmed. Dry and chewy. DEFINITELY NOT FRESHLY PREPARED. I will patron the Piney Flats location from now on. It is always fresh and consistent. Corporate needs to put the Johnson City location under a microscope to see where the ball is consistently dropped in regards to quality.

• 19/09/26Nasty… the Chicken Breast had grey soggy skin and the meat was hard and dry. The biscuits were hard as rocks, my toddler threw it on the ground and it still looks the same. Really disappointing

• 2 days agoBought the build a bucket thinking the sides would be big enough for at least 2 people but I was wrong. The sides (mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese) were both so small we got 1 small spoonful of each between 4 people.
