The fried chicken was freshly cooked and taste great. Thanks to the night shift who prep our order and to the dasher who delivered it on time.

It seems to vary from location to location. So give exactly as pictured in terms of quantity, while others are only giving half full or less. The mall location at Gerrard Square are charging us $10 for only half a bucket of fries. The same goes with a LARGE popcorn chicken bucket. It rattled around so much it was practically a waste to use such a large container only to fill it half full.
The location at College Park, though a rush-rush at that location because they also handle Taco Bell at least they fill the large fries bucket to the top.
The lone standalone location over by Danforth East and Main, they too are a hit and miss when it comes to filling LARGE buckets. The only thing they get right is the chicken count when it comes to buying a chicken or boneless buckets. But bucket of fries or popcorn chicken, expect half full or less.
But the original or crispy chicken is always crispy. Maybe they should stick to being a chicken company and nix the other stuff they can't seem to get right. Heck they even removed that old classic green coleslaw in favor for the shredded version.

Ordered a 6-price bucket and fries and gravy. The chicken had some burnt pieces on it, like it was burnt from a burner in a warming oven. Every piece in the bucket had a slight burnt taste to it. Not enjoyable at all!
I spent $4.09 for fries and $2.99 for gravy, so over $10 after tax and tip, and what arrived was a small order of fries and a small1/4 cup of gravy. A complete rip off! Will never order from this place again!

Mike's Hot Honey® Sandwich was easily the worst chicken sandwich ive tried in recent times. The chicken patty was small and hard as a rock. Couldn't taste any hot honey on the sandwich. What a miserable experience.

fresh and hot, good quality chicken. for some reason it tasted like it was on a bbq and had a burnt Grill taste on most pieces. you open up the box and you can smell it. rest of the chicken did not taste like Kentucky Fried Chicken . I generally order from the Pape Street store here in Toronto this one came from 444 Young Street.
