It was so good and the sauce was lovely,The Secret Recipe Fries had a good base and The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was amazing.

This place is horrible service. I order extra gravy every time but they give mashed potatoes instead. I don't need more mashed potatoes for my potato famous bowl which only has 3 nuggets. I don't understand why this kfc is so bad but nobody in Dothan likes it. Corporate should be involved

I've never been displeased with my order until this order. The chicken, evidently, sat too long under hot lights or might have been refried? 
I love KFC chicken. I know you guys can do better because you have. It cost too much to send it out like this.

absolutely terrible food sent by KFC. didn't have everything that was ordered, missing 3 separate items, biscuits so hard they were inedible, chicken wasn't right, only 13 of 16 pieces

This was my second time ordering the 8 pc. Nuggets.  My first order was great, cooked to perfection.  This time they were overcooked to the point I didn't even want to eat them at all.  It was very disappointing.
