Terrible experience today. The Hot & Crispy chicken was the smallest, oldest, and driest piece of chicken I’ve ever been served. To make matters worse, the Zinger Burger was just as bad—the meat was so tough and dry it felt like it had been sitting out for two days. Complete waste of money.

They Give out Chicken the size of A pinky finger. At least 4 out of 10 times they will get or order wrong.

Chips were very undercooked, still cannot believe they've replaced lettuce with cabbage, really ruins the burgers in my opinion.

I was missing part of my meal and what i did get was so burnt and flavourless anyways and i specifically put not to add smth but they added it anyways and took away the other ingredient i could eat
