Unable to give no stars. This is the 2nd time ive ordered KFC and it's been assigned to the Epping Drive through on O'herns Road. The quality of their food is horrendous the items all look and taste like refried food from the morning. How can i set my store to Wollert or Epping Plaza?

bread was stale on the burgers, chips weren't even cooked properly. this KFC was amazing before but now it is getting poor each time I order from here and the quality gets worse and worse each time.

5 out of 10 chicken pieces in the Family Feast were tiny wings, all chicken was overcooked and dried out and not fresh.
Chips, potato and gravy and Zinger® Tower® Stacker burger were cold and it only took the driver 3 mins to get here from the store, so it was cold before it was given to the driver....Not happy and won't be ordering from here again
