We love KFC but something is wrong with this franchise. They get orders wrong with some frequency, and the food quality is very uneven. Tonight we got overcooked chicken for example. We keep ordering from this place when we want KFC, but we order much less frequently than we otherwise would due to these issues.

Food was terrible. Chicken tasted like it was under a heat lamp for a couple of hours. Wedges weren't any better. Thin, overcooked, and tasteless. Won't be ordering from them again.

We did not get what we ordered - extra crispy. I ordered the 8-piece chicken only and separate sides and paid more for that reason! Got original instead. The gravy that we got was basically brown water with no thickening to it at all. We ordered 3 biscuits and got only 2. The food was warm. So, the delivery driver came swiftly. This was a sad representation of KFC!

the food was not fresh, and it was preheated, it was dark brown and even almost burned and very oily. it was very bad.
