I got everything i ordered and it was actually good compared to the other KFC stores ive had, it was still hot when it arrived and wasnt messy from delivery, it also was exactly the size portion i asked for and i would order again

I did not get exactly what I ordered. I ordered a 4 piece 4 pc. Chicken Combo with a Pepsi and mashed potatoes. Then an extra side of coleslaw. What I got was three pieces of chicken with two coleslaw and a Starry instead of Pepsi. The skin of the chicken was a little scorched and it was hard to eat. Ended up giving most of it to my dogs. Normally I have no issues with KFC but this time was a disappointment

Every single biscuit we got was thoroughly undercooked. We didn't receive any of the sauces we ordered and the food overall was just kind of bleh. The biscuits were so underdone the dough was still stretchy.

Both wings were really hard and inedible. The wedges were also cooked too long and were really hard

Strawberry & Creme Pie Poppers were overcooked and hard and hardly had any filling left in them
