• 15/07/26I PURCHASED THE 8 PC MEAL DEAL WITH 2 LARGE SIDES AND 4 BISQUITS FOR DINNER. THE CHICKEN WAS FRESHLY COOKED AND VERY CRISPY!! I ORDERED EXTRA CRISPY CHICKEN, MASHED POTATOES AND COLE SLAW. THE SIDES WERE VERY TASTY!! THE BISQUITS WERE SOFT, FLUFFY, BUTTERY TASTY AND A NICE COLOR BAKED TO PERFECTION!! MY MEAL WAS PACKAGE VERY NICELY!!

• 6/08/26Our chicken appeared to be reheated rather than freshly fried. It was dry, overly dark, and seemed just one step away from being burnt. On the positive side, the coleslaw was good, the potato logs were crispy and flavorful, and the biscuits were okay. Unfortunately, when the side dishes are better than the main course, that’s usually a sign something missed the mark. I was expecting fresh, hot fried chicken, but this meal was disappointing.

• 23/03/23Chicken was WAY overcooked and greasy. Not anything like we've ever had from KFC. Spent a 100.00 and our guests couldn't eat it.

• 15/08/26Honestly Colonel Sanders must be turning over in his grave. the original recipe is no where near done right here. Looks like they used very old grease , same with the potato wedges. I stopped going to KFC here years ago cause it was so bad. Thought I would try it again. Big mistake, they seem not to care any more. Sorry Colonel Sanders, but you are really missed.

• 13/01/25My husband and I ordered from here via DoorDash tonight. We ordered the chicken wrap combo, 1 Mac n cheese chicken wrap and 1 famous bowls. then we got a call from DD saying KFC hasn’t had the chicken wraps since last March so we’d have to place an order for something else… annoying but fine. We ordered two famous bowls, fries, 1 chicken little and 1 lemonade cranberry drink. It arrives and the fries are burnt beyond being able to eat. I went to take a bite of the chicken little and dang near chopped a tooth. The bread was hard as a rock and the mayonnaise was extremely thick -clearly they gave me an old sandwich. The cranberry lemonade was just lemonade… even better they still charged my husband for the chicken wrap he didn’t get. Food is too expensive for them to be serving things we cannot even eat.
