I've been pretty happy with everything that I've ordered; I avoided KFC for years because it got so bad, but in my experience, it has really turned around...I order some nostalgia once a week! :) My only "complaint" is that "my" store in particular won't accept any special requests, like "extra napkins" or "two butters please," etc... But overall, it's KFC for the win!

Ordered original recipe. It's burnt and tastes burnt. Ordered the 6 piece received only five. Ordered three sauces .. forgot all three. Ordered fries... also all burnt!

my wing tasted really gross,it sure why both the breasts tasted like uncooked flour. the wedges were crispy and gross, and the biscuit was overly dry and unpleasant

Every time they forget something from my order. Time before it was the biscuits, this time it was the mashed potatoes.
