the snackers are perfect size and flavor. They were fresh and very tasty. I will definitely be ordering them again.

I don't often go here because it's a little expensive so it's kinda a treat for me and my mother. So I got a message saying my order was ready (it wasn't), another customer was ahead of me and was asking if the order on the counter was theirs, I started to ask a question to see if it was mine because the worker was pawing through it, but before I could even really start was told that he was helping them and would be with me in a moment, which not unreasonable, but there was a question about who's order it was so how he spoke to me was pretty uncalled for, it'll probably be awhile before I go back again

I ordered (2) of the 3 piece Chicken Box. It was going to be another 15 minute wait for the chicken breast so I agreed for them to substitute the bone in chicken with chicken tenders. I ordered original recipe but I ended up getting the extra crispy breast in one of the boxes and chicken tenders in the other box which isn't my favorite but I ate it anyways. The one thing that bothered me the most was that neither Chicken Box had the biscuit.. and right here on my order receipt it says "your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy by SN." SN you fumbled my biscuits👀 Anyways I hope your store has a better night because I know y'all are struggling with a fryer going down. Next time definitely throw in some honey barbecue sauce for those dry tenders. -A
