6 Pieces Combo Hot & Crispy chicken pieces were a little smaller than I remember.. and seemed a bit chewy skin/coating wise. but still tasted like always. i saved a couple of pieces for later.
chips were okay. a litlld soggy but okay..

The nuggets (not all of them but 4 out of the 10 pack and 3 out of the 6 that came in the footy feast)  were overcooked terribly, extremely dark, almost completely cold and very dehydrated. For the cost of takeaway food now days (even fast food), the lack of customer contact and overall lack of personal touch customers once received many years ago, one would expect that considering all that's been removed from the customer that the food should be exceptional. Unfortunately, despite the cost cutting on wages that equates to lack of customer contact, amendments to the freshness of your salads and now frozen chocolate mousse that gets smaller and smaller and yet more costly. Now not even the cost recovery can not even ensure the food is quality controlled before leaving the store. Disappointed is now the more used term when discussing my experiences with KFC.

BBQ stacker box had over cooked chicken the chips on all 3 orders were cold the hot and spicy had 2 normal size 1 that was very small the stacker box was squashed into a small box disgraceful packing

Chicken original recipe smaller than a wicked wing...  also had 5 wings already so seems like a silly choice

forgot the sauce and the potato and gravy was only half filled plus no napkin/spork packet. everything else was fine though. just disappointing
