We got everything as expected except for our macaroni and cheese which was barely half full, lukewarm and crusty as if it had been sitting forever. It was disgusting and inedible. We also didn't receive any utensils with our order. I selected the "add a plate" button that KFC offered since we are in a hotel room. I guess they should probably add another button for "add a fork/spoon"!!

It was amazing! I ordered right before they closed and everything was still fresh and delicious. It was great food at a great price.

after an hour of seeing that my food was being made I called the store I was told that the manager is doing the KFC stuff in all the other employees are doing Taco Bell orders because it's a shared restaurant between the two. 
the alleged manager told the driver my food was being made hot and fresh. when it arrived I did not have a five piece tender in the box instead there was two tiny chicken tenders and the rest was nine pieces of popcorn chicken the over all time it took from placing the order to receiving the delivery was 1 hour and 47 minutes in 1 hour 40 minutes of it was waiting on the food to be made it took less than 7 minutes to have it delivered
