• 13/12/24Delicious and a great value for the amount of food you get. I had a large piece of chicken left for the next day's lunch. Fries are awesome.

• 15/08/22Eating here is like a coinflip. Half the time, it's good and meets your expectations. The other half, well... either they give you tiny portions, half a side, dried out chicken, or their chicken so saturated with grease you'll need a colander to drain it all out.
Considering they charge a huge premium on DoorDash (each individual item is 2-3 dollars higher than the in-store price), and just how inconsistent the quality can be... I recommend you consider other options.

• 14/08/22The chicken was supposedly fresh... arrived cold and all the skin on the chicken was wet mush. There was about 2 tablespoons of coleslaw between 2 sides.Will never order KFC again.

• 12/04/25Unfortunately the biscuits were hard dried out , definitely past their time. The chicken was very greasy and cold, the macaroni and cheese should have been tossed out at the restaurant. We could see where the darker dried out topping was mixed in with the rest of it. We're thinking times and temperatures weren't checked and old product wasn't removed . We won't be a returning customer at the Watertown KFC restaurant. Food quality was poor it definitely wasn't fresh it was kept in the warmers way past quality control approval times.

• 13/10/253 piece big box is my favorite order. A great deal of food for the price. Always good and hot when delivered. I always order coleslaw or mac & cheese, because the fries will be cold but that is a delivery issue and not a store issue.
