Why did i receive an old dozen of donuts that is usually sold at grocery stores? not happy that i had to re-heat my own donuts after paying $20.

Krispy Kreme never fails to disappoint. They are way too overpriced. They always run out of the limited time boxes way too soon. The donuts are usually old and cold, and whenever you are able to get a limited time box, it never has all the donuts offered, and many times they do an awful attempt at disguising regular donuts to try to look like the ones you actually paid for.

Beware when you order from this store on DD they are now pre-packaged like at grocery store and not fresh. Save money and just go to the store at this point.

these donuts are not fresh, they are prepackaged assorted dozens idk where they are from but they can't directly be from krispy kreme
