Ordered a Pearl Latte with Brown Sugar and it tasted soapy. I don't think it was made correctly because I have enjoyed the same drink previously. Annoying to pay so much for a drink that tastes like soap.

The chocolate latte was good, but Pearl Chocolate Latte L , i would have preferred a richer, more intense chocolate flavor. I hope you can add a bit more chocolate next time. Thank you!

Very bad. Taste just like plain milk! They added no brown sugar to my drink. I wouldn't buy from here again.

They are sour!! The milk has gone bad and we had to toss them right away. Not edible. Both of them.
